Initial Payment
Making your initial rental payment is a required step in the application process. You may make your initial payment by wire, credit card, check, or money order. Log in to the HUH applicant portal to complete your payment via credit card or visit the Campus Service Center to make your payment in person.
Monthly Rent
Depending on your affiliation, your monthly rent payment processes may differ. Rent is due on or before the first day of each calendar month. Per your lease terms, your rent is typically billed on your student account or deducted from your payroll. You are unable to choose your monthly rent payment process.
