Residents of Akron Street, Peabody Terrace, Soldiers Field Park, and One Western Avenue with children up to six years of age are eligible to participate in the Children’s Playroom program. Residents must join the playroom in their designated property. The playrooms are membership-based, with membership terms running from July-December and January–June.
- Spaces are limited.
- Membership requirements include biannual membership fees (per semester), deposit, and collective cleaning responsibilities.
- All playroom memberships are contingent upon members maintaining good standing. Failure to comply with the playroom policies and procedures may result in membership termination.
- If a tenant whose child uses the playroom is graduating and moving outside of the United States, the tenant must request a deposit refund prior to departure or they will forfeit their deposit. They must be in good standing to qualify for a deposit refund.
