Our leasing and property management teams are here to ensure that your entire experience at Harvard University Housing is a positive one, from searching our web site for an apartment that meets your needs, to submitting an application and signing a lease, to moving in, living with us, and moving out. Our goal is to provide great customer service every step of the way.  

We’re proud of our professional and experienced staff; many of whom have been with Harvard University Housing for more than 10 years – and some longer than 25. But being here a long time doesn’t mean we’re stuck in the past – our staff members are regularly trained to be sure they have the most up-to-date information to keep our properties safe, clean, and in great working order. 

    About Leasing

    Your relationship with the leasing team begins when you submit an application to live in Harvard University Housing. We’re the ones who verify and approve the applications and send out leases once a unit is selected. We also work with residents who want to transfer, sublet, or add or remove a roommate during the lease term. In other words, if a resident has an issue other than one specifically related to property maintenance, you turn to the leasing team.

    About Property Management

    One of the benefits of living in Harvard University Housing is our professional property management teams. We know our buildings inside and out and do everything from operating the heating and cooling systems to changing the hallway light bulbs to clearing snow. We’re also the folks who respond when you have an issue in your unit. You can contact your property team online or by visiting or calling your Property Management Office during regular business hours. We respond to emergencies 24/7 – all it takes is a call to your Property Management Office.
